Book p. 133 #13-15 (#15 a and d only) You do not have to draw graphs

p. 137 #1-6, 9-12

For 9-12 Tell the following:

a) Is the parent graph growth or decay?

b) Give the equation of the asymptote.

c) Transformations of the parent graph

d) Domain and Range

e) Only sketch #9 and 12

For the three "find the roots " problems, tell the following:

a) possible rational zeros

b) # of positive real zeros and # negative real zeros

c) Maximum number of turns in the graph

d) Find the roots using synthetic division and depressed polynomials

Add to #11-15 the following:

2) Use Descartes' Rule of Signs  to find the # of positive and negative real zeros
