World Literature and Composition (WLC) 122

Welcome to World Literature and Composition 122. This course will focus on developing an understanding of the chronological/historical context and relevance of period literary structures within cultures around the world. Students will develop an understanding of literature as both a product of its culture and as a culture-bearer while recognizing the commonalities and differences among works of literature from different times and places in the world.  Students should use this web blog regularly to download content related documents and access content related web links. (See pages listed to the left.) Much of this material will need to be brought to class in hard copy form as directed.
