Math 3 The students just completed exponential and logarithmic functions. We will now go back to polynomials and revisit them. The students will be given worksheets for factoring. This should be a review on factoring. Students should be able to factor binomials, trinomials and polynomials with four terms.
Calculus: Students were given back the quiz on concavity, increasing and decreasing intervals and linear approximations. We will now look at real world applications on optimization where we will look at finding minimums and/or maximums depending on the problems. The students were given a worksheet on Thursday and will be given another on Friday with solutions. Test will be on Tuesday, Jan 24
