We will finish our review challenge on Monday and take the final exam on Tuesday. I wish everyone a wonderful break and look forward to having many of you back in class next semester.
We will be reviewing on Wednesday of this week and Monday of next week. Please print all vocabulary lists, that you do not already have, for use in class on the review days. All vocabulary can be found on the HUSH Units Page under each of the chapters.
Chapter 16 is the last one we address – looking at some of the issues that existed during the Gilded Age. This will include an activity on the Populist movement that links with the Wizard of Oz. The test on this unit is on Friday, 12-10-10. Please see the calendar and Key Terms for course of study details.
We finish the “Power Game” video on Monday and then spend the rest of the week on the Executive Branch, bureaucracy and an overview of various areas of public policy. We have covered much of Congress and the Executive branch through the units leading up to these last couple weeks – this portion of Unit 5 is more specifically geared toward organization and structure.
