I am so happy to be back at school and I am really excited to be able to meet all of you on Monday! I know that we will all have a great experience as we explore our world and our history. More information will be coming your way shortly so check back really soon. As with any class you will need some basic supplies such as pencils, pens, paper, and a 2" notebook with dividers. You will also be required to bring in coloring pencils as well. You can either bring them to class every day or you can place them in a big bin for the class to all share from. They will be used frequently over the course of the semester and various assignments require their use. For now, navigate around this blog as you will find links to pages on the bottom right hand side of the page that will take you to the various units that we will cover in both courses. On the left hand side of the page, you can click on the class in which you are enrolled so that you are not seeing postings from both classes. That could get confusing! We will also be utilzing an online platform for various class assignments, resources, postings, quizzes, etc. but I will plan on giving that information out in the coming days. For now, relish in the fact that you are ever so closer to either becoming a high school student or getting closer to graduation and before you know it, being able to follow your dreams. If you are new to Lassiter or the area, welcome! You have come to the greatest place on Earth! Go Trojans! Enjoy the last remaining days of summer...they don't write songs about those days for nothing!
