Today, students worked on their Funny in Farsi projects in class (Media Center/Lab).

American Literature Wednesday 11/30

Today, students continued analyzing poetry, using the TPFASST method.  Students must be prepared to turn in their TPFASST handout and discussthe poems in class tomorrow.

Today, students worked on their Funny in Farsi projects in class (Media Center/Lab).

American Literature Tuesday 11/29

Today, students read "The First Snowfall" by James Russell Lowell and "Thanatopsis" by William Cullen Bryant.  Students worked in partners, analyzing the poems using annotations and the graphic organizer methis.  Students will continue analyzing these poems in class tomorrow, and we will discuss these poems as a class.

World Literature Monday 11/28

Today, students read "With the Samanas" from Siddhartha and answered study guide questions in complete sentences.
