Today, students worked on their second essay in a series of three SAT prep. timed essays.  Students applied what they learned on www.collegeboard.org to this essay.  Students will have the opportunity to choose their best essay to submit for grading

1st Period- Georgia High School Graduation Writing Test (100 min.)

Students in 3rd and 4th periods played Lingo to prepare for their vocabulary quiz on Thursday.

Today, students worked in the writing lab/Media Center, researching and compiling a list of the basic admission requirements of two colleges or universities they are interested in.  Students also went to www.collegeboard.org to complile a list of 25 tips foe the writing portion of the SAT.

Today, students reviewed writing tips for the Georgia High School Graduation Writing Test.  Students are to apply what they have learned in class and during the debate process to their Writing Test which will take place during first period tomorrow morning.
