Week of 2/28

You need to register for the AP Language exam by the end of the day today, Monday 2/28.  You may pay online with a credit card or print your registration and bring a check to Ms. Gasaway tomorrow--room 922.  Scroll down for a link.

Monday and Tuesday-LIFE OF PI

Wednesday-We will take a simulated AP Exam in class.  You will have four or five passages and the multiple-choice questions.

Thursday and Friday-LIFE OF PI.  By Friday you should have read through Ch. 38 and you must have 5 completed notecards.  Vocab. quiz #7 Friday.

This is Vocab. Week #6.

Monday-Happy Valentine's Day!  Today is review day for lit. terms.  You really need to study for the test.

Wednesday-Test! 

Friday-quiz #6  Bring your copy of LIFE OF PI to class!

Week of 2/7

It's Lit. Terms Week and Vocab. Week #5.

Monday-Your PowerPoint is due.  Make sure it is on your student number as well as a back-up location (flash drive, disk, your email).  You must provide handouts for the class and for me.  Also for me, you must print 1 copy of the thumbnails of your presentation with lines for my notes.  Make sure to put your student number in the upper left corner.  We will proceed with the presentations until everyone has had a chance to dazzle us with his/her literary knowledge.

As soon as we are finished, we will do the February WordMasters.
