Summer Programs
Summer Immersion Camp at North Georgia College
For the second year, North Georgia College and State University will host Georgia's premier language immersion camp and Federal Service Academy. This 3 week camp provides immersion instruction in beginning Arabic, Chinese, Korean, German and Russian, as well as advanced French. Even if these languages are not taught at your school, there are likely students in your class who are particularly interested in studying languages and cultures, and who would thrive in this innovative language environment. These students would not only learn the basics of a new language, they would also return to the classroom more engaged and excited about language learning. Details of the program are available at www.northgeoriga.edu/summeracademy
