Quiz Friday 12-2-11

Math 2 Week of 11-28-11

Tomorrow is the retake for Unit 3 Test.  7:20 in room #302. You may make this test up for a grade of up to a 70%.

This week we are learning segments in circles. There are 3 fomula's to remember. The second objective is arc length of a circle, which is part of the circumference.  Remember that C = pi * diameter.

Quiz over these two objectives is on Friday 12 - 2-11.

Test on Unit 3 was difficult for some. There will be a one time make up on Tuesday Nov.29th in room #302 at 7:30. If you cannot make this time because of transportation, then you may take it during your lunch.

Math 2 Week of 11-7-11

We have started our Geometry unit. It is important to keep up with the vocabulary and notation for each section. It is a good idea to review your notes and your fold-over booklets daily. Wednesday we will talk about the circle folding task that we did last Friday and Monday. 

Quiz - 11-11-11Friday on Properties of tangents and arc measures, chords and vocabulary.

Test - 11-17-11 Thursday over Unit 3 Part 1 - covers the two previous quizzes and homework.

Tutoring help M-F mornings 7:45 and Wed.-Th. 3:30-4:00pm.
