9th - We will do some grammar this week (dashes, parentheses, apostrophes, and maybe one other). Test on Friday. No homework, but you must finish your book by next Monday.
10th - Test on Monday. Charades on Tuesday. Vocab Test on Wednesday. Media Center on Thursday. I don't know on Friday, so bring your books.
Once again, I have copies of Bernard Cornwell's EXCALIBUR available if anyone objects to THE MISTS OF AVALON.

10th - m-test on book one; t-go over test answers; w-a&e documentary on king arthur for approximately 25 mins, go over reading, possible questions; th-same as wednesday; fr-reading day, bring in possible questions for homework; test on monday on book two (2 25-minute essays of 5 one-paragraph answers)
9th -- T -essays returned, go over them; revisions due Thursday. W -- Pleasantville and grammar; Th -- Pleasantville and possible essay questions; F -- 451/Pleasantvile essay
10th - T - revisions returned; finish Act V; W -- if possible, clips of Julius Caesar; Th - objective test; F -- essay. Please procure THE MISTS OF AVALON by next Monday. See me if there is a problem. Please note that there is an alternative reading assignment.
