We have just started the unit on scripts and storyboards. They will identify and properly mark their script in the television/news format. The students are now starting to realize that when they watch their favorite TV show or movie that there are hundreds, if not thousands of storyboards that are prepared in pre=production. We are also learning a little bit about advertising and that time is MONEY. They will script and storyboard a 60 second TV commercial. Not a 59 second or a 61 second commercial, but a 60 second commercial. The rubric is very specific of all the elements that must be included.
