Honors World Literature, Week of 8/15/11

This week our adventure begins! We will write on the summer reading and read about some ancient literature and cultures. Please be prepared for a quiz/essay on Imperium on Wednesday, 8/17. You may bring the book itself to use for your writing. Go ahead and get a copy of The Mists of Avalon (referenced in syllabus) because we will be reading this book the third week of school.

This week we will begin our adventure! Mr. Henry, Ms. Bishop and I have developed a common plan so that our students will be doing the same activites for the first 10 days of school; this should facilitate schedule changes, if any students need such changes.
