Varsity Cheer Coach - Asst Football/Head Basketball
In March students will be taking the Georgia High School Graduation Test and the End of Course Test in May. We will be completing practice questions at the beginning of each class period. Please see the blogs of Mrs. Spann/Mrs. Grable for other practice sites online that students may use to prepare.
This is my 4th year at Lassiter, my 10th year with Cobb County, and my 30th year teaching!
I team teach with Mrs. Spann in US History 2nd and 3rd periods and with Mrs. Grable in US History 4th, 6th, and 7th periods. US History Tutoring
I provide tutoring for US History Wednesday and Thursday afternoons in room 204. Anyone who is having difficulty should let me know if they would like to stay one of those days.
Also be aware that all juniors will be taking an End of Course test and Graduation Test in US History which will cover material from both semesters. The end of course test is worth 15% of a student's grade. The graduation test must be passed in order to graduate. Learning the material well along the way is a sure way to do well on both of these tests as well as doing well in the class.
It is my goal to be available for any student who needs additional help to be successful.
