GPS Algebra Support Classes
We spent the beginning of class discussing the GPS Algebra homework assignment (Concept Map Stretches/Shrinks Worksheet) that is due today. All of your questions were answered.
You were then given a Word Search to complete together with your peers. The assignment consisted of 16 math vocabulary definitions. It was your job to first of all figure out what word was being described and then find that word in the Word Search.
We went over the correct answers at the end of the class period.

GPS Algebra Classes
We went over yesterday's homework assignment (Concept Map Stretches/Shrinks Worksheet) and all questions were answered.
You were then given a Warm-Up that reviewed:
1) writing an equation in slope-intercept form
2) stating the slope and y-intercept from the equation
3) graphing lines
4) comparing two lines by describing any verical shifts up or down, vertical stretches or shrinks, and whether or not there was a reflection
We went over and discussed in detail the Warm-Up assignment during class.
*The Final Exam Review Packet was handed out and discussed in detail. You are to begin working on this packet right away and be sure to bring it to class, along with your textbook, each day. The Final Exam Review Packet is due by Monday, December 12th.
The homework assignment for today is to spend some time working on the Final Exam Review Packet.
